I'll admit I knew very little about Bordeaux when I first attended a Commanderie dinner — I simply loved wine and good company. What I found was so much more: a warm, welcoming group that's taught me to appreciate the vignerons, the terroir, and the stories behind every bottle. Each gathering feels like a celebration among friends. I only wish I'd joined sooner!
